The Franklin Knolls Civic Association (FKCA) is a volunteer-run group that encourages communication among neighbors, supports efforts to improve our local environment, and represents the community in its dealings with other neighborhoods and the county.
The Franklin Knolls Civic Association is free to join, but dues are $10 per house per year in order to become a voting-eligible member.

Meetings take place every January, March, and September. They are held at Eastern Middle School at the corner of Franklin Ave and University Blvd. Details will be provided in a News / Announcements post closer to the meeting date.
