Franklin Knolls was founded in the 1950s and has grown into a welcoming community of over 400 homes.

Located just inside the beltway near the popular “Four Corners”, our community prides itself on inclusion and diversity.

Our neighborhood is very family-friendly with dual sidewalks throughout, mature trees, an informal trail down to the Northwest branch and is home to the Franklin Knolls Pool (membership required, FKCA has no affiliation). From our neighborhood you can walk to the local elementary schools; Eastern Middle School sits at our University Blvd entrance and Blair high school is just a short drive away.
